I been on Ds for a while but I'm new to this community. I have been tried of being fat for a long time. I hate what I see. I hate shopping at plus size stores. Now I ready to do something about it. The weird thing is I was told that I'm fat because I don't eat enough. I been tracking what I eat and then go on line to have it calculated. I couldn't believe it when I seen on I eat 600 calories a day . How do you get fat eating like that. I have been eating only dinner. I heard if you eat breakfast you will lose weight. About a week ago I started eating breakfast , lunch and dinner now I hope to 1200 a day. Can you really lose weight by eating more ? I just find that weird. Oh I cut out most of the soda's which is where a lot of calories came from. I now eat a lot of fruit and vegetables along with lean meats. I can't eat cheese or drink milk I am lactose intolerant. I don't know what to eat to get the calcium. What am I doing right ? What am I doing wrong ?
