Hi I'm 39 I'm in Eugene Oregon and just found this in a google search for weight loss forums. This looks pretty good. I was posting in an aol forum but I have gotten rid of the aol software and now the boards are a pain to post on so here I am. I am currently 175 this is about as heavy as I get, I'm 5'2 and proportional, I eat pretty well but not well enough. I know everything there is to weightloss and health but of course I don't actually put that knowledge to use. Guess I could use some therapy but being able to afford it is also another matter. I am going to Disneyland in a little over 3 months and I AM going to lose 25 pounds if it kills me. I don't want to ruin my trip with constant back pain and camera avoidance. I also lost about 10 lbs a year ago or so and I want my clothes to fit better-- I hate tight fitting pants and my breasts are getting too heavy ugh-- don't need all new bras. Anyway I'm sure that was too much info but I'm desperate at this point. I have no plan-- just the normal thing to eat right and less and move more. Susan

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
