Hey Y'all.
Im Niecy. I've been here at DS for awhile. Well my story is the same as everyone else's. Im chubby and I hate it. I plan to change all of that. I want my hott body back. I have Lupus. The drugs have put on weight. But I can't blame Lupus for my fatal attraction with Haagen Daas,lol. I love healthy foods. But I skip meals regularly, and when Im finally hungry I just grab whatever is there. Unfortunately I don't do the grocery shopping so most of the food is pretty bad ya know chips, cookies, etc, etc, etc, etc! I'm also a carb-junkie! I love anything rolled. Rolled Tacos, Egg Rolls, Burritos, Croissants with extra butter ya know the "bad" stuff. But I'm tired of the excess weight. Plus Im starting to have back pain. It's time to make a change. I don't wanna be a size 2 anymore but I wanna look nice and feel even nicer about my body. So that's some of my story. I hope to meet y'all soon.

I used to be like you, skipping meal and then grab anything when I was hungry. I found out that if you skip meals you body thinks it's starving, so when you do eat, it stores the food as fat. I've learned to eat 6 small meals a day. This helps to increases you metabolism. I just started to get really serious about losing weight and I've lost 9 lbs in 3 weeks on the weight wathcher plan. You need to eat at least 3 meals a day, start there and see what happens.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
