Anyway, I know several people who are overweight who cut out all flour out of their diet - no flour, bread, crackers anything like that, no rice either, and it seemed to help them but somehow I can't seem to get this right - i'll do it for two or so days then quit - it makes me very hungry- because you end up eating more of the other kinds of food. Is this healthy this cutting out of starch or carbs or whatever it is? and what should i eat to lose weight (along with exercise). I cannot afford any "program" right now and I am skeptical of many of them.
