I am over-weight. Like so over-weight it's impossible for me to lose weight, IMO. I try and try and try, and still nothing and then I get depressed cause nothing's working and I've finallyt had enought.
Does anyone got any cheap diet ideas I could do. I way like, ~293 lbs and I want to get down to about ~200 lbs. I know, 100 lbs is a lot to lose, but I'm 5'11 and I think ~200 lbs is still obese for my height (and age) and I think if I could get down to it, the rest would be easy.
Please, anything you could suggest will be appreciated.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I think the trick is to control your portion sizes of fattening food and then fill yourself up with vegetables and fruit. Allow yourself treats but limit the amount.
If you fall of the wagon get back on it the next day.
I notice that you used the word 'depressed' in your post. Don't beat yourself up about it - it wont help you loose anything. I found that sugar, white pasta, alcohol and bread used to send into depressed moods - cut down on them - they interfere with your appetite as well.
I feel a lot better after cutting down (not out)on those things and I lost weight.
otherwise cutting back portions and exercise is the best way to go.
Low carb always works for me as well. But it is very hard to stick to.
I have problems with eating anything I want and have been working on better meals. I downloaded a trial recipe software and found one I liked. It wasn't very expensive and this helps me collect recipes that I should be eating. Maybe organization will help you.
