Hello to all! I am new on here and have read a few of the postings. I have been the girl that yo-yo's with her weight. I have tried just about every diet program out there. Or so it feels like it. I work really hard to get the weight off just to have it come back in half the time it took me to get it off. I have a 4 year old and successfully lost all of the weight I had gained during the pregnancy and kept it off for 2 years. I started the job that I have and in 6 months I was gaining weight and within the next 6 months I weighed more than when I delivered my son. I visited my doctor and he helped me by putting me on a very good diet and I lost 25 lbs. It has been 3 months since I lost those lbs and I have not lost another ounce. I am still doing the same diet and work out program as before. It is really frustrating because I want to be able to get this weight off and it is refusing to budge. I have had people tell me that stress can cause me to have a weight problem and for me to gain weight in the area that I have gained it. This being the stomach area. I have never had a weight issue where I gained the majority of the weight. I was wondering if anyone on here has experienced a weight gain in one area of their body like I have. I am also someone that needs lots of support and encouragement while losing weight. I tend to get discouraged when I stop seeing progress. I also love to help encourage and support too.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
How are you feeling though? Do you feel pretty healthy or are you feeling bloated? How are your clothes fitting?
Maybe you can get you dr to make some adjustments to the eating plan you have or maybe even give you some tips on how to kick start the loss again.
You have done well so far so pat yourself on the back. Keep at it and eventually you will see more results.
