Hi everyone, I am new to this group on DS and I was kind of hoping some of you could help me in my goal, only because I am not sure the best ways to do this. I am not trying to lose a large amount of weight but I am just not sure what are the best exercises and "diets" to use. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much to all and good luck to everyone in accomplishing all of their goals no matter what!
