I tend to eat a very healthy lunch but find myself getting pretty hungry before dinner. So what can I eat as a snack that wont make me feel bad. Like i can eat chips but than i eat like the whole bag and i feel horrible. Also Does anyone know healthier dinner choices. I usually get frozen dinners like lean cusine panini's or boston marker dinners. So any tips on healthier snacks and food would be great. Also does anyone know what works when you work out...i feel like running doesnt help!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Well, try a couple things (and I will try them with you) - drink a big glass of water before dinner or a cup of tea and see if that calms your craving. Also perhaps just having a kudos bar (100 calories) or maybe portioning out the chips so once you are done, you are done!
Frozen dinners are great - but just try steaming some veggie and grilling some chicken - it all depends on what you like!
Also I have found weight training helps more then running - perhaps switch it up a bit. Hope that helps!
If you feel like running is not helping you out perhaps change your routing for running only a few days a week and doing resistance bands, abs, etc on the other days.
