Hi, I just joined in the hopes that I can get some help on how to get my eating habits back to a healthy place. I recently had a lot of stress in my life and lost about 20lbs from not eating more than once a day if that. My intention was NOT to lose that much weight, although I\'m not complaining. I\'m at a pretty healthy weight for my height right now, and I\'ve managed to keep the weight I lost from coming back. I\'d like to lose another 5-10 lbs but I know I need to do it healthy. Can someone please let me know where to start...thank you!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
