I'm having a hard time getting back on track today, With hubby being home on weekends my healthy eating goes out the window, I know i can pass it up but didn't, Also i am having a hard time focusing on this new life as to my other post of losing my friend over my status on face book that triggered her to fly off the handle. I am drinking my water today and just feel very drained. Would love some advice to get my butt off this computer and to work out.
