I am 52 and have been on a steady weight gain of around 40 pounds over the last 10 years. I started a diet three weeks ago by cutting caloric intake to 1500 a day. I lost 4 pounds in the first 2 weeks and this last week 0. I know it is much harder the older I get, but now I am not sure if I am cutting enough calories or too many. I went from eating a very bad diet, fast food a lot and just high fat and very unhealthy before I started this diet. I am 5 foot five and weigh 165 pounds. I am looking forward to meeting everyone and thank you for any advice you may have

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
