Ok. Scale time! After two Thanksgivings and a holiday lucheon @ the church I stayed even on the scales. I'm please with that. No loss but no gain either. I let down on my water the last few days and must pick it back up. It is the start of a new week. My goal is a 2# loss, 24oz. of water a day and to take @ least 2 -15 minute walks this week. Thats is my CFS lets me do the walking. How about You? What are your highs or lows from the past week and what are your goal for this week to come.

I lost 2 pounds! After no loss last week, my 2 week total is 2 pounds!! I am happy dancing AND burning calories at the same time! My goal is to try for 2 more pounds this week, net 600 calories per day, and increasing my step count to 15,000 steps per day.

Ok. No loss this week. Did keep up my walking and did not do that bad during the holidays. I am hitting that time of the month and hold water like camel. So I am hoping it will all fall away next week? Great job WarPony.

Keep going, don't stop, it'll come off! I am using dumbells and learning more exercises. That helps me work through those plateus (sp?)

Hey everyone!! Seems like we all had a good week. I stayed the same. No loss or gain, so that's good considering my week. I'm back on track again this week, and for the first time ever, I really feel like my lifestyle is changing, I can adapt whatever I want to eat to my plan, it's the amount that I control. Great job to all of you who celebrated Thanksgiving in the US and who had to survive through countless good meals. Warpony, I'm thrilled to see you so excited about your awesome 2 lb loss. Keep up the good work everyone.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
