Ok. Water is our friend. Everyone say it together now. Water is our friend. - Then why oh why do I hate water? But 64oz. a day is what is usually recommended by doc. and nutritinists.(sp) How much water do you drink per day? If its under the 64oz. the challenge is to add 16 oz. per day for the next 72 hours. - Post how much you usually drink then in 72 hrs. comeback and post how the increase has gone.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
