Today I went with a friend to a state park and we walked for about 2 miles. It wasn't a long walk but it was fun. It was a trail so the terrain was uneven and I felt other muscle groups working. Enjoyed myself and got some exercise. Felt like it broke the monotony. What do you do when you get bored with your routine?
