Today I went with a friend to a state park and we walked for about 2 miles. It wasn't a long walk but it was fun. It was a trail so the terrain was uneven and I felt other muscle groups working. It was a "homestead trail" so it had historical points along the way about a family that had homesteaded there. Was really cool! It was also a nice break from the routine of walking down the street. Enjoyed myself and got some exercise. Felt like it broke the monotony. What do you do when you get bored with your routine?
