Why is it that we gain weight during that time of the month? I mean I know some of it's water retention, but OMG I feel like I've gained 10 lbs. this week... and the scale is in agreement with that statement. :( I feel so horrible right now. I hate the cravings and no matter what I eat, how little or how healthy, it seams that I still pack on the lbs. Ahh!
