I weighed myself yesterday, which is what I'm supposed to do only on Sundays. I had only lost a pound, and that's even pushing it when you factor in ounces! I've done everything right (I drank a bit too much this weekend, but other than that I don't cheat), so what's the deal? I need reassurance. Has anyone else experienced a higher weight when they're on their period? Is it water weight? When should I weigh myself again so I can feel a little better about it? Thanks!
