I lost about 20 lbs, but I haven't been losing any weight in the last 4 weeks. It's getting a little frustrating. I keep on going with my routine. I still work-out every morning for an hour, and I still break my meals to 5 healthy and small meals a day. But I'm quite concerend about being stuck. I still have 60 lbs. to go. I need all the advice I can get. Should I swith up my routine? Should I change my diet? What should I do?
