I just had my son 3 1/2 weeks ago and am looking to start walking and eating better, and then see what my Dr. okays me to do when I go for my checkup in a couple weeks. Any advice on ways to ease into working out and eating right again? I would also love advice on losing weight after having a baby, or exercising after a c-section...I'm sure MANY of you have kids and have some tips! I would really appreciate it, thanks!!!
