Ive been eating smaller meals at work...usually special k at breafast with a sm. bowl of fruit and soup at lunch...yet im still gaining weight! someone help!

Are you working out? If so, your weight gain is most likely muscle gain, not fat. Don't worry. Also, try to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. If you are still gaining weight after two or three weeks, I would suggest consulting a physician; you may have a thyroid condition, or there may be some other medical reason for your weight gain.
