Now I know it probably wasn't the best week to start a new diet with all of the fourth of July celebrations but, I started out really strong. However with bbq after bbq I let all of the hard work of eating well and working out earlier in the week go . I would really like a buddy who is in a similar situation as me, to help each other keep on track. I am a 21 year old college student with about 40 pounds to lose. It would be great to talk to someone about not only diet and working out but the stress of school, relationships, etc and how they effect our diet and excersise.
