Peanut Butter and Banana

2 slice high-fiber bread sliced 2
1 Tbsp peanut butter 2
1 large banana(s) 2
1 cup 1% low-fat milk 2
Spread bread with peanut butter and layer with half the banana sliced. Enjoy the other banana half and milk.
Dinner Idea
Pork with Peas and Peppers

2 tsp olive oil 2
1 tsp sesame seeds 0
3 oz lean pork tenderloin cut into strips 2
1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce 0
1 tsp dehydrated onion flakes 0
1 cup snow peas 1
1 cup sweet red pepper(s) sliced 0
3/4 cup cooked brown rice 3
Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add sesame seeds. Add pork, drizzled with soy sauce and onion flakes and cook, stirring occasionally. Add snap peas and pepper. Cook until pork is no longer pink. Serve with rice.
