okay, so normally i do exercise...but i have a situation! i'll be lieaving for seven weeks to south africa where ill be a nanny to a litlle boy and new bron...full time! i'm not allowed out(idk, the family didnt' think it would be safe becuz im under their care) to exercise because its dangerous supposedly in cape town...so no runs! does any body have good ideas on what foods i should eat to keep my weight down whil im not exercising?
