Hello everyone, my name is Jodi. I am starting a food journal. It is a baby step to most people, but a huge leap for me. I am addicted to food. I have an addictive personality. For a while it was meth that grabbed my fascination but when i look back at my life, food has been my number one cope. Even admitting that is huge for me. I am almost 400 pounds. I am ready to address this. I have little to no support so I am asking for it here. I dont know how to work daily strenght very well yet, even though i have been a member for a while. I guess i wasnt ready until now. Anyway, my new goal is just to journal about my food. I am hoping to change some thoughts and find other ways to fill me up. If you have time, maybe you could just check in on me or something. I would be grateful! thanks!
