I'm having a hard time not ending up starving by the end of the day when I eat correctly. I tried some Weight Control Quaker Oatmeal for the first time. It's full of fiber and 7 grams of protein. I can definitely say I am full,and it tasted pretty good, but I struggled with the texture. I guess I will just try and get used to it. I heard about it though from you guys on a discussion you had. So my question is WHAT ARE SOME OTHER FILLING THINGS YOU SNACK ON OR EAT THROUGHOUT THE DAY THAT ARE LOW CAL?(It can't have peanuts in it thought cause my son is deathly allergic)
