Lately i have been having such a hard time with all of this. My profile still says 269 but today i am at 276, I know that it is alot of water weight due to my salt intake this weekend. But i feel like im losing control of all i have gained. Even exercising is becoming hard this morning i was only able to run .30 when normally im at 2-2.5 miles how does that happen? Im going to try it again tonight when i get home, Maybe im catching a cold? Have not been following a strict diet like i do either just kinda let go of it and i dont really know why. Sorry for all the blabbing about all this just looking for alittle support today i guess. Hope you all are having a better day than I!!
