Okay, so I'm not on any special diet. I just stopped eating like a pig and drinking carbonated beverages. Instead, I've been drinking water and coffee and milk and walking on the treadmill every day. I already feel wonderful and it's only been a week and two days since I started this! I know you all probably already know that to start losing weight, one of the things you have to do is lay off the soft drinks, but I just had to share this! I feel so good. :)
