I am currently 20 pounds over my desired weight. I am not by any means fat. I'm 5'5" and weight 140 lbs. I am smaller in stature than many of my friends, but I have a lot more tummy fat, and face fat than they do...which makes me look and feel bigger. I am wondering if Iam eating something wrong that is leaving me with fat in these annoying and visible areas. Any suggestions or help would be wonderful.
