hi, i am kinda new here. i hve 2 herniated discs of my lower back and i am need of losing some weight. i weigh about 164 and i am around 5-2 to 5-3. since my back's been hurt, i've been slacking and starting to pig out. i used to run and was really active, now i need that back but without my back paying the price. anyway, any suggestions besides walking and swimming. i'd like to do squats and lunges, but my doc ruled those out. i got a belly roll that growing.
