I am 33 and need to lose about 80 pounds. I work customer service in retail and my schedule takes up the best part of most days. I usually work 11-8 on weekdays and 9-6 or 1-10 on Saturdays. It makes it hard to do anything on a reguar basis. I want to lose some weight before I try to get pregnant again. I just suffered a miscarriage on Feb.28, and I need to get in shape physically and mentally. I am looking for ideas that work around a strange schedule like mine. I like to walk and it has been helpful to me in the past. I live in north central PA and it is very cold right now. I just walked to the movie store and I thought my ears might all off! I can't wait for spring.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring?
