i have a history of every time i have lost weight i have done it by walking 4-6 miles a day, every day. the problem is i get burnt out and the first day i deside to "skip it" and be lazy i beat myself up so bad for "cheating" that i end up quitting all together. I want to know what is the most i should do / along with weight training / per week , to accomplish my goal of 78 lbs. in 6 months. please be specific about the weight training if you can???? thank you.
