so you all know my situation, or might, I have to use what I have at home, not allowed a gym membership, HE bought one. Not allowed a treadmill, so I walk the perimeter of the basement, 2-4 miles a night. So these are the items I currently have: body ball, bender ball, a pully weight machine (which I hate because you do not get resistance when you put the weight back) jump rope, two sets of dumbbells, 8 pounds and 5 pounds, i found some resistance bands, but not sure how they work. I am thinking of getting the perfect pushup. I do crunches, squats, waist twists, superman, i do these eagle thing for lower abs, holding the body ball in between my legs lower and highering while do an weight move for my arms. I have the whole routine for the body ball. I want to get those last 40 and tone up what is left and basically show HIS A** UP..he spent 300 on a membership, but I cannot get an elliptical or treadmill, can't run outside right now, too much ice and snow and I want to get to training for this 5K in the spring...any other suggestions on what items I'm missing let me know. :)

Scales moved a pound this morning which is good as I am back down below 200 pounds now.Found it too hard to do the plank this morning and gave up after 20 seconds.Did over 16,000 steps yesterday as I was running around a lot in the store.Today is my last day before a weeks break from work.I wish it were 70 degrees here FlRetired and once I have lost some wight I think I will get a bike.
