I've noticed that since I started really taking inventory of what I ate and working this new "diet"....I really enjoy my food more. I am eating for a purpose not just stuffing things into my mouth! Today I had this blueberry epiphany! I tasted them...I mean REALLY tasted them...for the first time in my life today. I savored them. Eating healthier is making me appreciate each and every bite. It's exciting!
