I would have to say that healthy eating, or lack thereof, is whats holding me back in losing weight. I excersize daily with softball and going to the gym after, usually. I just don't know where to begin with choosing what to eat. It's like, if I cut something out entirely then a week later I have to have it, and then make up for the whole week in one sitting. I've heard about keeping a food journal, but other than that I don't know what changes I should make to correct eating habits. Advice would be greatly welcomed.
