3 square meals a day is now reserved for farmers & prisoners, ( no offense to prisoners out there)
In order to keep the metabolic rate high, you should be looking to eat 5-6 meals a day. Don't freak out just yet. Eat every 3 hours.
Breakfast, protein shake/smoothie with fruit, porridge with fruit.
snack, fruit, multivitamin, sandwich, smoothie, yogurt
Lunch, tuna salad, protein shake, mix fruit, veg, sandwich.

Dinner, Lean meat or fish protein, veg, sweet potato, low carbs.
Snack if still hungry on something small, fruit, veg, no carbs.
Why no carbs at night? Because you aren't active it wont burn off. It will sit on your stomach while you sleep & convert to sugars which in turn convert to fat & add to the weight you already have.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
my tip: do 1 thing today the will help you get what you want. (if its weight loss read my frozen water tip.) Take baby steps, 1 - 2 things a day. Suddenly it will be a routine, then do another step.
