I am currently trying to learn to eat healthier so that i can lose my baby weight that is still here after two years. I have to be careful because i am still breastfeeding, but there has got to be something i can do. I would really like some advice on what types of food speed up your metabolism and what types make it sluggish. I dont want to have to take any types of medication to aid me because i want it to be a life style change that i can live with to keep the weight off once it is lost. Please help i am miserable in my body and its making me so depressed
