Yeah we all love to talk about POOP I'm sure but I gotta! I'm the healthiest and thinnest and strongest I've been my whole life. But I'm chronically contipaed and will go, sometimes, a full week with a huge belly from so much gas and bloat! I cannot stop eating fruits and veggies! I dont know if it's lactose, dont know if it's just the veggies and I've been eating this way long enough that my body should be adjusted by now! Fiber supplements too, it's been better lately and I started activia to see if the pro-biotics which keeps your motility up helps! Anyone else ever suffer this and did you find a solution?
