Has anyone else tried just eating a little tiny bit of food here and there and feeling hungry most of the day but having lots of energy so you can get through it? I am sick of being overweight and although I'm not extremely overweight and only have a few pounds to lose it doesn't come off unless I practically starve myself. If I were working out more right now then it would probably come off even faster. I'm talking about eating stuff like 8 saltine crackers, a 1/2 container of yogurt and an apple in one day. This is enough to get me by and even though I feel hungry between all of the food I eat I still feel very energetic and happy. This is seriously the only way I know to do it so weight will actually come off. :-( I've tried weight watchers and other methods and the weight doesn't budge if I'm eating three meals a day, even reduced meals.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things.
