OK!!!!!!!!!! i need to know what to eat before and after exercising to get the most out of my workout....i "googled" this topic and i'm getting tons of answers!!! just wanted to know what others are doing. Right now i'm eating Fibre 1 cereal for breakfast about 45 min before i start and i hear that's a no no cause there's too much fibre in the cereal. Then i have coffee after i workout and i thought all along that was wrong but i'm reading that's actually fine???? Suggestions???

Well, looks like I may have a 100% work at home job. It is salaried. However no health insurance as of yet. I guess I can bid Amazon good bye.
