OK!!!!!!!!!! i need to know what to eat before and after exercising to get the most out of my workout....i "googled" this topic and i'm getting tons of answers!!! just wanted to know what others are doing. Right now i'm eating Fibre 1 cereal for breakfast about 45 min before i start and i hear that's a no no cause there's too much fibre in the cereal. Then i have coffee after i workout and i thought all along that was wrong but i'm reading that's actually fine???? Suggestions???

I've been pretty stable the last few months. I haven't had a depressive episode in months and no hypomania. My meds really seem to be working. I was substitute teacher last school year but I recently found a part time job as a paraprofessional and I am happy with a set schedule. I'm doing so well and I hope it continues. My kids see a huge change in me and are proud of how well I am doing.
