OK!!!!!!!!!! i need to know what to eat before and after exercising to get the most out of my workout....i "googled" this topic and i'm getting tons of answers!!! just wanted to know what others are doing. Right now i'm eating Fibre 1 cereal for breakfast about 45 min before i start and i hear that's a no no cause there's too much fibre in the cereal. Then i have coffee after i workout and i thought all along that was wrong but i'm reading that's actually fine???? Suggestions???

So I got laid off over the phone this week. It was a total surprise but they could have shown up to do it. Luckily I work in health care so finding a job won't take months I'm hoping. But I still worry, not sleeping well and it's getting to my family. I'm so tired and this is just grinding me down.
