hi there i was wondering if anyone has any tips on how NOT to eat too fast? it seems like whenever i eat a meal it only takes about 5 minutes and i am DONE...everyone else is still eating and i am finished. i know that they say it should take at least 20 minutes to eat a meal because that is how long it takes your brain to realize that you are full or getting there...i don't know how to even go about taking 20 minutes to eat...even when i try to think about slowing down i am still the first one done. it is almost like my brain is telling me to hurry up and eat...and to eat MORE!! this could be why i feel hungry sometimes only 30 minutes after i've eaten. anyway, any ideas/suggestions are greatly appreciated...thanks!!
