Well Ive been following the Paul Mckenna thing ( posted it yesterday and its here somewhere ) and I can feel that already after only a few days, ive lost weight. my stomachs not so huge! Its a lot flatter and im not craving ANYTHING because I know that if I want it...I can have it. I'll keep you informed and in just under a months time ( im not weighing myself til then ) i'll let you all know if its working like I think it will. :)
