My daughter and I are on a fat free diet. This is to be 90% fat free. sugars are allowed, but supposed to be reduced. My daughter is 15 and I am 51. I know that there are different requirements for each age group and I am not too physically active. Also that there are different types of fats and that saturated fat is the worst. Does anyone have any helpfu info or suggestions for the two of us? Thanks!
