You're all diet bores! I'm worse, I'm a diet bore know-it-all! If your diet is working, chances are that it's an obsession. If we're not weighing out food, calculating calories, or trying to burn off calories, we're telling somebody about it (and believe me they have noticed!) If we're not doing that then we are on here talking about diets! Is this the way of life from now on, this obsessive attitude towards eating? If I stop obsessing about it, I'm sure I will start to slip into old ways whereby I just went about my business not thinking about calories ...... and I will start putting on the pounds again
