Have you ever heard this term? Diet is 90% exercise is 10%? Well I had heard it before and I thought that I could just diet and do a little bit of non strenuous exercise.....But after 2 weeks and only losing 2 pounds I am thinking that the diet is not enough! I am just nervous though because in the past whenever I exercise I usually end up eating a lot afterwards! Normally when I do go to the gym routinely I will gain weight and not lose! Its frustrating.
