ME and my hubby are on the diet and I just wanna make sure it works, I've heard so many bad things about it, like one of my friends was on it for awhile and the min she had a bun with a burger she gained like 8 lbs..is this true? Also, is coke zero ok to drink or no? I've also heard it makes you gain weight but I'm addicted to coke, but I've been able to not drink it and drink coke zero...PLease help, I keep cheating on my diet and can't stick to it..
