So I'm 16 and I decided that I'm tired of being overweight. I want to wear cute clothes and feel comfortable. So I started my diet last Monday and haven't cheated at all! I eat smaller portions, cut out all junk food and soda, drink a weight loss drink in place of my breakfast and lunch with a sensible dinner. I exercise by doing crunches on my exercise ball and take Hoodia before each meal. However, I have not chosen to weigh myself to relieve the pressure. I really like how things are going. :) thought I'd put in my 2 cents.

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
