any suggestions for keeping motivated? i am battling some big time depression right now and it sure isn't helping my waistline. naturally, being suicidal half the time, i turn to comfort foods (i.e junk) instead of eating healthy lol. i have tried just about everything out there starting when i was pretty young and am considering bariatric surgery (once i lear to crap gold of course so i can pay for it lol) any help, suggestions, encouragement would be appreciated!
