I lost my gum and am currently panicking because it's my usual distraction from eating more when I'm done with lunch. I'm craving sweets pretty bad right now. My friend just told me to drink water, and I don't have access to anything so I don't think I'll cave. But for the future, in case there's, like, a tray of brownies in front of my during a moment like this, does anyone have tips? REEEALLY powerful tips??!!

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
