Hi guys. I'm doing okay on my diet plan. I've lost 8 lbs in a month! I'm just worried that I'm starting to lose stamina, and it's come at a bad time. This weekend, I have a 30th bday party that's overnight, so it will be nearly impossible to access the healthy foods that I'm supposed to eat on my diet. I'll be at bars and casinos...any ideas? Plus, we'll be drinking tons, so I'll need to eat less to make up for it. Then, I'm cooking for mother's day - for my mom, grandma, and aunt - and I don't want to torture them with health food so I'm making pesto pasta, a fruit salad, and a garden salad. I'll just pile up on the salads, but I'm worried that my will power will be low after the night of partying, eating, and drinking...Any tips for how to handle entertainment while dieting would be wonderful!! Thanks.
