I have had 3 weeks of feeling tired. and exhausted and basically just unmotivated and unhappy and all i seem to want to do is eat all the wrong foods such as biscuits, crisps and chocolates why do i allow myself to give in and eat these things??? I know that they awill make me gain weight i know that they are not good for me i know how to eat but for some reason i just keep giving in and binging. I am so frustrated with myself.
