My weight that is.. I did so great yesterday. We ended up skipping the big church lunch thing and I ate a grilled chicken sandwich instead. Gained. I am going to the gym today for the first time in a week due to my ankle (sprained it last Mon. in case you missed it) Hopefully this will get me back into losing again. I can't just not go, I've been doing it for so long it's like when I don't go my bady hangs onto everything I eat. So I'm feeling very bummed...wedding is less that 2 weeks away and the dress is still tight!
